IT’S A SCHOOL DAY FOR ME BUT I WANTED TO SHARE SOME OF THIS PAST WEEKEND’S FINISHED BANNERS

November 5, 2014

WHEW, that was a long title.  I have spent my day — which has flown by — listening to educational stamping business related tutorials.  All of a sudden it’s 3:00 p.m. and I haven’t said “boo” here on my blog.

I’d like to share with you four of the banners ‘my gals’ have finished since our Thanksgiving Banner class last Sunday.

First to email me a photo of her banner is Sarah.  Sarah lives about 175 miles from me and is a mom, wife (of a fire fighter) and nurse.

Next came Misty-the-gal-who-cannot-craft.  We are converting her into a believer and it’s so much fun!  Misty’s HAPPINESS banner is on top.  Her friend and hairdresser Rebekah’s BLESSINGS banner is below.  Rebekah is a new stamper also.  Of course, I do realize there is no actual stamping on these banners.

Finally, Andrea, my daughter and banner blast hostess, sent me her finished GRATEFUL banner last night.

Andrea's GRATEFUL banner.

Each attendee chose her own prints of the Color Me Autumn Designer Series paper, own color of card stock for the back and the 2-1/2″ die cut circles, and the ‘lollies’, aka rosettes and their own words.   Each also chose either Gold or Champagne Glitter paper for their letters.  I think they did a fine job of everything!

It was such a fun day.  You can find my tutorial, so you can make your own banner, here.  They take a bit of time but are basically quite easy.

Have a great rest of your day and thanks for stopping by.  If you need any of the supplies for creating your own banner, send me an email and I’ll be glad to help you out.
